Paddle Mixer

Working principle

The paddle mixer operates by rotating paddles that push and lift the material, producing a mixing flow that is both axial (along the length of the vessel) and radial (from the center to vessel walls). This motion ensures that all particles are uniformly distributed within the batch without breaking down delicate particles or generating excessive heat. The slow to medium speed ensures gentle blending while avoiding segregation.
